Three-Pole Double-Throw (2-position) switch. This is ALCO brand model 306D which equivalent to C&K brand model 7301 or Multicomp brand model 1M31T1B5M1QE.
Has been used for the following USA applications:
Coil Split on guitars with two full-size humbuckers including Legacy HB2, Invader XL, Invader Plus, ASAT Deluxe, ASAT Deluxe Semi-Hollow. Series/Parallel and preamp On/Off on L-1500, L-1505 and Climax Bass.
